Why do you ride?  Love the challenge of the trail.  Awesome workout and beautiful scenery. You meet a lot of really nice people too.

What advice would you give to a beginner rider?  When in doubt, walk it out.

If you could upgrade anything on your bike what would it be?    Not a thing

Worst Wipeout:  2004 Palo Duro Canyon Amarillo, Texas.  Flying down the trail, came up on a 4’ drop, that was the last thing I remember.  Thomas was behind me and saw it all.  Went over bike and as he says “She broke her face) My nose was broke in 3 places, serious head concussion, and face cut up like a chicken…  Instead of stitches I chose to have it super glued back together again.  They sent in a medic unit on 4 a wheeler to get me out of the canyon.  That’s about all I remember. And I am still riding….
