What advice would you give to a beginner rider? Don't
get
discouraged. When you fall and tear your face
up or tear your arms
and legs up; just stay with it. And go for your
first clipless ride
somewhere soft.
If you could upgrade anything on
your bike what would it be?

Worst Wipeout: I was riding at Dennis Moore's
and did an endo going
down a cliff. I completely flipped over and hit
my head on a rock and
the rock stuck in my helmet. Another time I was
riding at Mount
Sequoyah and I ran my face through a thicket of sticker
bushes. I
because of all the thorns sticking out of my face.
